week 2
So far the most challenging aspect of my internship has been staying organized and put together. Often I have to meet at far away places for meetings. To stay on top of where I need to be next and what I need to do has been the most difficult but also one of the most useful things I think I have learned so far. my supervisor has been very nice and relaxed as long as I am doing work. It is not super important how much I get done because I am helping out his already confident staff, but all the work I do is very helpful. Something I have learned form eating all the meetings and phone calls is that relationships are very important. Working with someone is much easier and you can often get better results if you engage with them on a personal level and see how they are doing and what has been happening.
