Brittany Cohen

For the second week of my internship I continued working at the popup and I also started doing model- product photography for Laughing Lotus. My supervisor gave me some of her jewelry to shoot and return back to her. It was challenging to shoot because it was super rainy and cloudy all week, so the lighting was not the best. I was still able to shoot and edit it to the best of my ability. My supervisor likes to give me freedom to experiment creatively with the photography and then she will give me feedback on things to change in the future. It was very interesting to hear about all the meaning behind the jewels and stones of each piece and I am looking forward to learning more and reaching the point where I am comfortable answering questions about the meanings of the crystals to clients.
