*For me so far, the most challenging aspect of my internship so far has been honestly getting into a good routine. I have not got quite got the hang of the schedule and it has been challenging adapting to it. ​

* My supervisors management style has been mostly informal because he is comfortable with me and very familiar with my actions. I have worked with him for 3 years prior, so we both understand how to act around one another to make the most of it.
* One thing I have learned from this industry is the way you treat your customers and how you act around them. They want to be around professionals and if you act and treat them like it, they will come back to your company.
