During the first week, I was introduced to the development staff at The Umbrella. I spent time alphabetizing name tags for volunteers, staff and artists that would be used during The Umbrella's, Artrageous fundraiser event.

For attire, I get to keep it pretty casual. I typically wear a button down short sleeved short and a pair of khaki pants.

I enjoy working for an organization that is focused on developing and sustaining a community around the arts. Everyone involved is very passionate and friendly.

The Umbrella Community Arts Center offers classes, performances, studio space and much more to the surrounding community.
