I really liked the environment at Mitre. Everyone is really kind, the building itself is great, plus there is free food sometimes which is a nice plus. The downside of my internship is the commute. It is about a 20 min commute which after doing this for six weeks gets to be pretty annoying.

Specific skills I can now add to my resume is I worked at Mitre and now I can put Python programmer.

My internship taught me my grades aren't everything. I still want to be a good student going into college, but I'd much rather develop the skills to have a successful long-term career
