We cleaned the bleachers, cleaned the bathrooms, and picked up trash around the outside of the facility. This really helped out The Edge as a business by improving the aesthetic of the entire facility.

We were tasked to complete roster paperwork in order to nail down numbers for jersey orders, but didn't even come close to completing the task despite the fact that it should have been done in less than an hour. We had to own up to the reality of that day's failure, which was undoubtedly awkward, but all we could do.

I didn't think the sports industry was very complex, but in reality it's a big machine with a number of moving parts.
