The most rewarding activity I accomplished this week was training my own client (one of my boss's really good friends). This felt really rewarding because I was able to motivate and see the progress my client made throughout the session. When stressful situations emerge at Fitness Together I feel like I handle them very well. I stay calm and ask my boss what he might need extra help with. The most valuable skill that I have acquired while interning at Fitness Together is the ability to motivate people, and the ability to transfer my positive energy to clients. I feel like this will make me successful if I decide to continue in this training and fitness direction of work.
