For the first week, Jack and I did various projects to get to know and help our internship. On the first day, I helped the owner of our company by helping him sell certain products laying around in the office. We also began to print shirts, hats, and hockey jerseys for the company. This week was a great way to master the commute, as well as get settled into our daily activities.

The office space we work in is very casual which is nice. Other than a polo shirt I generally wear khakis and sneakers, there is no strict dress code.

One of the biggest takeaways I had from this week was the struggle of a far commute. Although I like commuting, it definitely took a few days to get down the quick train schedule and subway times, It helps me understand how far teachers among other adults travel to get to work on a daily basis.
