The most challenging part of my internship has been the physical aspect of it. A lot of the time during my internship, I have to move certain objects around. It can be hard to do so. After doing it for a while, it can get exhausting. My supervisor's management style is pretty informal. Most of the time, he lets me do certain tasks on my own without formal supervision. Other times he does look over me and makes sure I am doing it correctly since it is something I have not done before. He is very laid back and does not take everything so seriously. One thing I have learned about the construction business is  that there is a lot of planning ahead of the actual building process that is needed in order to be sucessful. If you do not do the proper measurements ahead of time, then a lot of things will not work.
