This week during my internship, I worked inside the house the whole week. I was working on the ceiling of the living room of the house. I had to help attach the wood to the ceiling and help with the measurements that allowed us to figure out where to put the wood. Another thing I did was help install the tile into one of the bathrooms. During these tasks that I did, I learned how to install wood into the ceiling and the process it takes. A difficult situation that I faced was when I was doing a measurement on a piece of wood, and I did not know how to read it, so I read the wrong measurement at first. Then, I asked someone how I should read it, and he told me the correct way to do it. I learned from this experience how I should read the measurements that I get. My internship is showing me that it takes a good team to work together in order to get everything done. Since a lot of the work is manual labor, that means a lot of people need to help out in order to get something done.
