The most rewarding activity I performed this week was finishing my docket sheet organizing project. It was satisfying to finish the job I started and to have the Records Room be much less hectic and much more organized.

There have not been too many stressful work situations that I have dealt with. If I ever get stressed it is because I am confused or have a question about a task I am completing. In those situations, I am quick to ask what I should do to fix the problem. Asking questions can be stressful because it may seem as though you don't know what you are doing. Although, I ask questions all the time and everyone at the Courthouse is very understanding and would rather have the question asked than have something done the wrong way.

I have learned a lot about the work of a Clerk-Magistrate. Her position is very important in the Courthouse but it also is very interesting. I have also learned a lot about cases and how they do paperwork. I have also learned a lot from just sitting in on hearings, jury trials, small claims sessions, and regular cases. I would definitely need a lot more training and learning about the judicial system although, with the right effort and learning, I think I could be very successful working at a courthouse in the future.
