The most rewarding activity I did this week was to help out someone with a pulled hamstring. I learned how to use shock therapy and was able to help them feel better, so they were able to return to their sport. 

In stressful work situations, I learned that it is okay to mess up but to remain calm. When stressed out at work it is better to take a deep breath and move on. 

I think I will be successful in this industry because I feel I am good at picking the right exercises. When seeing someone's body type, I think I choose the correct exercises very well.
