My internship has taught me how hard it is to be in a work environment and succeed In order to succeed, you need to put in long hours and a lot of work. It is not easy. I learned how important it is to make specific work out plans for specific body types. I learned how to plan these workouts far in advance, and have multiple variations in case the client wants to do something else.
One tip I would give to future interns is to always show up early. When you show up early, it shows that you care about the workplace you are in, and it gives you some time if you have issues getting to work. One day, I was going, and the train track bars were stuck, so it took me an extra 15 minutes to get to work. However, I was still on time because I planned on showing up early.
