My second week working at CPM was filled with much more interactive tasks. Instead of simply filling out files, sorting forms, and shredding documents, I was actually looking into buildings for sale and learning about both the reasons to buy.a property and reasons to avoid it. Although this is very interesting, it requires a lot of time and effort and is definitely the most challenging task I've faced.
My supervisor's management style is informal. He enjoys having a conversation about what I am thinking about or any questions I have. If something is going on he will fill me in on what he is doing, and the explanation behind it. This not only keeps me up to date but also shows me a more in-depth view of what he does.
One thing I have come to learn and appreciate is how much relationships matter in this business. With the relationships this company has built over the years, people trust them and that goes a long way.
