In my 3rd week at Second Chance Cars, I continued working on my video project to capture the "Community of Goodness," I put up more signs around Concord and surrounding towns, and I also learned how to do the data entry, which documents all of the car donations. Luckily, I haven't really found myself in any difficult situations during my Internship. Coming from a place like Concord, it is rare to come into contact with people who are underprivileged. But as a result of my internship, I am able to see just how many people (mainly veterans) are struggling to get to work and make a living as well as how big a role nonprofits play in helping those people.
