* The most challenging aspect of my internship is getting used to the schedule. Normally with school, especially this year, my schedule has a lot of breaks/free blocks. So although I'm there for less time than school, the work is much more consistent with fewer breaks. It has taken time to adjust to this.

* My supervisor's managment style is defintley informal/relaxed. Because I have known him before this internship, we already knew each other well and he was always more informal - even as a trainer. He manages in a way that makes us work hard but not to the point where I'm not enjoying it.

* One thing I've learned about the company is that they sell workout equipment to the clients. In the three years of training here, I never knew they offered that service.
