*The thing I liked the most about my internship was all the new people I got to meet. They were all super nice and friendly and it felt really good to help them achieve their fitness goals. The thing I liked the least was the amount of time I was working for without a break. It was hard because in school this year there was so many breaks so I wasn't used to it. 

* Workout design, functions of body, running a class, social skills, Injury detection. 

* I think this internship will affecg many aspects of my life going forward. It will defintley help me be more prepared for when a get a job in the future, or if I was to run a business one day. It will also help me with school becasue I learned a lot of new things about preparing,scheduling, and working hard.
