* The most rewarding work activity I did this week was helping a client with special needs. It felt good to help him achieve his goals of weight loss espicially because it's harder for him. 

* I've learned that in order to handle stressful situations you need to keep calm and make smart decisions. You need to make sure you don't let your emotions get the best of you and then you end up making a mistake. 


* One skill I've learned that will help me be successful in this industry is how to adapt workouts for certain people. I've also learned how to make connections with the clients and make sure there doing good with the workout.
