So far, my internship has not been very hard. However, the most challenging aspect of my internship has been being meticulous. I usually do a lot of filing and this week I was mainly working on uploading and organizing submissions for a gallery. I had to make sure I did not leave anything out or mistype anything because it would cause problems for the other people and the artists. I work with my supervisor and help her with projects and various tasks. She is very professional but we work together informally. This week, I learned a lot about meetings and project management. For a company to work well with so many different people, they have to constantly compare notes and have staff meetings to make sure that everyone is staying on the same page and completing the necessary projects.
