Julia Jacobs

My internship at Concord Art has taught me a lot on how to organize a group or team for a company. I found that they require so much communication, meetings, and emailing in order to get everything done on time. I also learned about proper ways to delegate and instruct other people and the do's and don'ts of communication. More specifically, I have practiced a lot of maintenance and assisting tasks and how to hang shows and take down shows in museums. 

Focus on consistency and doing work as well as you can.
