Lisa Owen

Hi! My name is Lisa, and I am a senior at CCHS. Currently, I am interning with the Melanoma Foundation of Concord at Emerson Hospital. When I graduate, I will be attending Quinnipiac University in Connecticut majoring in biomedical sciences. I want to study medicine, and become a Pediatric Critical Care Physician. I love studying the body as well as interacting with people. My goal for this internship is to learn about the administrative parts of the medical world, and to learn more about melanoma, as well as other cancers. I hope to also learn about how to organize a foundation, with a common goal and thousands of volunteers.
