  • The most challenging aspect is managing projects from different supervisors and programs. I've had to learn how to tell a supervisor that I am working on something for another person, and have to do their task later. Since I am the only one of three interns that were supposed to be here, I am working on work that was created for three people to share.
  • My supervisor's manger style is very casual. We meet up daily to discuss what I'll be doing. Usually I tell her what I chose out of the tlist of projects they have for me, and she'll give hints if needed.
  • I learned how this company is driven by people who are passionate about helping others, and how many small changes and teaching small groups, we can cause a chain reaction and create a nationwide movement.
