  • In the first week, I was introduced to the Coldwell Banker team. Got an idea of what kind of work they do and how they manage all of their clients and transactions. I also learned about a brokers app that helps realtors sign new clients when at an open house. I also helped Laura learn about these apps and how to customize them to fit her specific needs and requests. 

  • The work environment at Coldwell Banker is semi-formal as some of the agents wear casual clothes when they know they have a day of work just in the office, and others wear more formal attire when they will be out with clients and meeting new people. I like the pace of their office, they seem to have a good order of operations that can help each agent understand the steps of buying and selling houses. 

  • This company helps people buy and sell their houses through a larger database owned by Coldwell Banker. The agents list the houses, find potential buyers and help the clients figure out what steps they need to take to best buy and sell their houses.
