Ted Sweeney

My internship has taught me all about being in a real estate office and what it takes to be a good real estate broker. You need to be personable, smart, knowledgable and have a good memory. You need to know the market your selling or buying in and be able to communicate with people around you if need be. Some important factors that good real estate brokers utilize are their previous connections and some intangible factors such as reputation and age/experience. One important tip for future interns would be communicated as much as possible with your boss and ask smart questions as often as possible to learn as much as possible.
