In this week I learned a lot about staging and setting up the house/property for sale. How important it is to make the house look as appealing to buyers as possible before jumping right into putting it on the market. I also learned that having a floor plan really helps the buyers and the real estate brokers see the whole place on one drawing.

I was tasked with finding some comparable houses to print out and show to our clients to better explain the current market and how houses like theirs would be selling today. What features those houses have and didn't have. And what they might need to do to improve their chances of selling for the right price.

Its good to see that you can be really busy and a lot more laid back, some of Laura's employees work a lot and some work less, understanding the fact that with more work comes more income.
