The most challenging part of the internship so far is understanding some of the terminology that the brokers use. She does a good job explaining it but since there is a lot of terminologies its hard to remember each term specifically.

Laura's management style is quite formal, she likes to know what her brokers are doing and how their progress is coming along. Even though real estate is built off of how much work the broker is willing to do. She still likes to know their progress and check in from time to time. She is very connected to her brokers though, and they seem to have a very comfortable relationship.

I learned about being a dual agent, and at the beginning of the brokage process, you need to inform both parties that you are a dual agent. Being a dual agent means that you are working for the buyer and the seller, not very common but it can happen.
