I learned that stressful situations are easier solved if you talk it through with your fellow employees. The employees around you have been through situations like these and they know how to solve them with a calm mind and heart. 

I have learned about MLS forms and how important it is to really have good realtor asses your property before you decided on a specific price or time to sell. The timing of selling your house is just as important as the staging and people you are looking to attract.
