What is the most rewarding work activity you performed this week?
One of my smaller personal achievements is just being able to be more independent and not due to myself but just because things take a bit longer to learn or needs a computer login ti needed to be able to do things but last week I was able to start doing some of those things more independently, I had someone teach me how to check pets in and something I had learned earlier on is how to label blood and I mean these are just two smaller things that I found rewarding.
What have you learned about how you handle stressful work situations?
Honestly, the main skill is just to remain calm and be helpful but also stay out of the way at the same time. Also if you don't know the answer to something that is totally okay and its completely okay to ask someone for help or a clarifying question.
What skills have you acquired at this point that makes you think you will be successful in this industry?
I mean, overall, it gave me a whole new perspective on the vet world because I've always been a part of the equine world but never in the small animal world, and although I do plan on sticking on the equine track, I now have this whole new experience to remember for the future.
