Summarize what your internship has taught you about yourself and your career and industry as a whole.

The internship has taught me a whole new side of the animal world, I've grown up experiencing only horse things and this forced me to look at the small animal side of things.  It taught myself to be okay to ask any and all questions and that no question is a dumb question, and that I am good with animals, which surprisingly everyone in that industry is not.  When it comes to being a vet tech, I learned many of the differences between being a tech and a vet but also how they are similar, how both can draw blood, give most vaccines, hold animals, but the main difference is that the vet can diagnose and the teach cannot.

Provide an internship tip for future interns

Honestly just go for it, don't be afraid to maybe try something new or look at a whole different side of what you're interested in.
