I have learned a lot over the last few weeks. To start I would never have imagined how complex and diverse the construction industry could be. Each project as its own set of conditions and characteristics that make is unique from all others. The industry has a fast pace, and no two days are ever the same. Over the course of the last few weeks I have only gotten more excited about a possible career in the construction industry.

I have also grown a lot over the last few weeks. I faced my struggles with communication and have improved those skills a lot. I am a lot more comfortable with sending emails and making calls. In addition I have improved my efficiency in high pressure environments by taking my time and solving each problem completely before moving onto the next one.

For future interns my internship tip would be to not be afraid to ask questions. They are essential for you to learn and most people will be more than happy to help you out. If you don't ask questions you will not be able to improve and move onto more interesting and challenging tasks.
