IIn my first week I was being trained to learn how to be a host at Adelita. I spent many hours learning how to book reservations using various reservation systems. I learned about the restaurant menu and educating myself on the menu items and what the restaurant offers the diners. I met with a lot of co-workers and learned a lot about the restaurant business with many hours of training. 

nIn my second week at Adelita, I continued with training with host duties and additional responsibilities, servicing customers and assisting them with various tasks. I continued to learn more about how the restaurant operated. As an intern, I do whatever they ask to do which changes daily.
