aaIn my fifth and sixth weeks, I continue to make the weekly trip to the Farm, driving 150 miles each way. At the the Farm, at the end of my shift, I visit the chicken coops and gather up several wire baskets of eggs and put them into the back of my car. I then drive back to the restaurants in West Concord to deliver the fresh eggs.
When I am not on shift at the Seaport restaurant, I am busy doing pickups and deliveries, transferring documents to the restaurant bookkeeper and returning with payroll stubs and other documents. I also had to pickup and deliver aprons to the Farm which are being used for an upcoming photoshoot.
