In In the week before Spring break I continued making pickups from the farm and delivering the eggs and meat to the restaurant. This is a very important link in the farm-to-table supply chain. Every time I travel to the Farm I pass the Brick Store in Bath. What I learned this week is that this general store is the oldest general store in America! 

 

 

I also continued to learn more about the Pier Four restaurant operations.
