At AAt Pier 4 this week I had some new duties. I setup the outdoor heaters and the Covid igloos. I shadowed the servers to learn about how to be a waiter. I also did food prep, chopping and prepping herbs. We learned about sustainability and how to reduce waste by cutting out plastic straws. I also did rollups putting cutlery in cloth napkins. I did gardening for the outdoor planters, planting spring flowers and doing some cleanup. And,  as usual I also did quite a bit of back-end work, busing, cleaning and dishwashing.

At the farm I collected eggs, and loaded the truck with meat and eggs and managed the meat and egg deliveries to the Concord restaurants. I coordinated the delivery schedules with my managers to make sure they are ready for the pickups and drop offs.
