What I liked most:
I liked learning about what it takes to run a restaurant. There is so much preparation involved. I liked working with nice people in the restaurants and at the farm. I enjoyed driving to and from the farm and making deliveries around Boston and delivering fresh eggs and other foods from the farm to the restaurants.
What I liked least:
Dishwashing.
Long-Term Career Goals:
I definitely am interested in the restaurant business and some day would like to own a fast food franchise. My internship really taught a lot about how much hard work and preparation is involved to run a restaurant.
