This This week we added a new food item to pickup and deliver. It is something that I have never seen before, a wild onion, also called wild leeks or ramps. They are in season. To keep the leeks fresh on the farm-to-table trip back to the restaurant, we kept them in a bucket of water.

 

At the Concord WHT restaurant, they fry them up and add them to delicious dishes like wood grilled broccoli. Hope I get a chance to dine at the restaurant soon!
